By Samuel Okocha

From Nobody To Somebody: A Journalist’s Lagos Diary is a visual statement on everyday Lagos.

With over 90 images and a written essay, the 103 page book is a product of three years (2015-2018) of photo-shooting, capturing and documenting candid unique moments of everyday people on the streets of Lagos; Africa’s largest city. These moments have been assembled in this book.

“Huge thanks to all the great folks who have inspired, encouraged and provided the support to make this book a reality,” says Okocha, the award-winning versatile Broadcast, Online and now Photo-journalist.

He expressed to NewsPlus his deep relief and sense of fulfillment at the release of the book, which he hopes will bring that same satisfactory feeling to everyone who reads it.
